including delivery receipts, cross carrier short codes, premium rate messaging and reply

Coverage access ranges from providing the ability to push one way messages to handsets without the advanced functionality of premium services - to premium coverage in countries where we can supply short codes, 2 way messaging, delivery receipts, premium rate charging and where carriers allow MMS and WAP billing.
